Welcome to the Town of Elm City’s Official Website from the Mayor. This site is a collective effort by the Board of Commissioners, Town Hall staff and affiliated partners. Our website will provide information about the town, your local government and the services we provide.

The Board of Commissioners meetings are the second Tuesday following the first Monday of each month. This means if a month starts on a Tuesday then you would have a later meeting in the month. If it starts on a Monday than the meeting would be an earlier meeting. Meetings start at 7:30pm at the Town Hall on Railroad Street.

The Elm City Board of Adjustments is a ‘semi-judicial’ body composed of representatives from or for the planning jurisdiction of Elm City. The Board of Adjustments hears and decides variance requests, conditional use permit request, special use permits and renewal of conditional permits.-

Applications are currently being accepted to fill vacant seats for alternate positions. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Board of Adjustment please come by the Town Office.
